Dynamintee LuLa Bowl


“A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.”

It’s getting to the end of the Easter detox. This smoothie bowl is a combination of all things wholesome that will have you feeling like dynamite for the start of the week.


  •  1/3 cup Gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • A sprig of mint
  • Half a banana
  • 1 cup of ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee

For the topping: Sprinkle desiccated coconut, Chia seeds, and slice the rest of the Banana and mint leaves.
